Customers can submit a return request to the customer service team within 14 days after the package is delivered, and send the product back  (without damaging the product and packaging) pieces.

Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition. Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any returns. If you would like to make a return, email us at [email protected] specifying your order number and which items you will be returning. The cost of return shipping is covered by buyers Please note that the request for a return must be made within 14 days. Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
